SUMMARY: A Morehouse Parish man was arrested for narcotics and possession of a firearm after a traffic stop. Arkansas requires students to complete 75 hours of community service to graduate, to help prepare them for the real world. Some parents question whether this requirement is unpaid work or true community service, but there are options to apply for a waiver for extenuating circumstances. The weather will remain mostly cloudy with a chance of thunderstorms in central Arkansas, but severe weather is expected to be outside of the area. Temperatures will reach the mid-80s before falling to the mid-60s and mid-40s.
