Tell us about Escape from Poverty's Success Series:
This Course teaches practical life skills and principles to help fill in the gap or information that may be preventing a person from becoming success. We address the whole person so we touch on soul, body and spirit. We have courses about relationships, financial literacy, organization, health and nutrition, trauma and job skills. We have learned that being deficient in one area will hinder us in another area especially our finances. We provide a mentor and budget counselor to help each participant along the way.

What are some of the components of the Success Series Course:
• We have three components of the Success Series. We have our actual course, that I just talked about.
• We also have our Graduate's Club that provides a supportive opportunities for our Graduate's to continue to grow. We also provide opportunities for them to be leaders and take advantage of our God's Provisional Program where we Graduate's can access microloans to help with their career journey.
• Lastly, our Youth program. We wanted to be proactive and not reactive. We teach our the similar skills such as communication, financial literatacy and health nutrition to the children of those in our program.

How can someone get involved:
We have several opportunities to get involved. You can find them all on our website.
• We are always looking for volunteers to join us as mentor or budget counselor. There are also background volunteer opportunities like transportation team.
• We collect incentives for our participants so if you have a service you would like to donate to our participant, gift cards etc.
• Sponsorship opportunities, A business or an organization can sponsor our Graduate's Club or Youth Program.
• Lastly, We will be launching our fundraising event, which is a T-shirt sale. That I am wearing right now. The shirts are $20 and it will pay for activities for our Success Series, operations and so much more!
