He was also involved in various organizations and was a parishioner of Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church. Joe Ray enjoyed gardening, cooking, and traveling. He is survived by his daughter-in-law, two grandchildren, five great-grandsons, siblings, and godchildren. Funeral services will be held on August 31 and September 1, 2023.
